We are legal counsel to Supercell Oy (“Plaintiff” or “Supercell”).  This letter serves as notice that a lawsuit has been filed by Supercell against you (“Defendant”) in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Case No. 25-cv-2731 (“Lawsuit”). On May 16, 2025, the Court entered an ex parte Temporary Restraining Order, Order Restraining Merchant Storefronts and Assets with the Financial Institutions, Order to Show Cause Why a Preliminary Injunction Should Not Issue, Order Authorizing Bifurcated and Alternative Service and Order Authorizing Expedited Discovery against Defendants (“Order”). On May 22, 2025, the Court entered an Order extending the TRO and adjourning the date of the Show Cause Hearing (“May 22, 2025 Order”) (the TRO and May 22, 2025are collectively, hereinafter referred to as the “Orders”).

Pursuant to the Orders, Defendant is ordered to appear before Vernon S. Broderick via telephonic hearing on June 12, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. EST and show cause why a preliminary injunction should not issue against Defendant (“Show Cause Hearing”). The parties shall join the conference by dialing 1-855-244-8681 and entering the Conference ID: 2309 3085 835.

Please be advised that Defendant’s failure to appear at the Show Cause Hearing may result in the imposition of a preliminary injunction against you, which may extend throughout the length of the Lawsuit.
